Warm Welcome to Erika!!!
We would like to welcome Erika de la Fuente as a new full time member of the kitchen. Erika recently completed her Culinary Arts diploma at Red River College and has been hired on after the completion of her second co-op term with Bergmann’s. Erika moved to Canada from Torreon, Mexico two years ago to complete her diploma. She is looking forward to working with the Bergmann’s team and has hopes of opening an authentic Mexican restaurant one day. .

Jacqueline Leach, a first year Culinary Arts student, is joining the team for the busy Christmas season. She will be working alongside Chef Bergmann as a part of her first year co-op placement through the Culinary Arts program at Red River College. Welcome Jacqueline and Good Luck!
